Poorly ran organization. Poor Program/Project Management. Current "PMO" represents a rats nest of scattered data across multiple components. There is a reason why this company promotes itself as "one of Atlanta's Best Places to Work"....because alot of individuals are miserable and this organization needs new blood to turn things around. Horrible On-boarding/Introduction to the Organization. Unless you like unrealistic expectations and scrutiny that has nothing to do with you but everything to do with decisions made before you got here, run. Also, talk to some of this companies former clients and see just how well they do at delivering on time given their own organizational dysfunction.
