Open door policy with the leadership and great open communication. They regularly promote their employees and transfer to other offices and give opportunities to open new offices quite quickly. If you work hard, you will succeed.
Cons
Phone, phone, phone. It's a numbers game. If you're not open to making a lot of calls in a day to either candidates or clients and if you're off put by rejection, then it's not for you. The con is in the job, not the company.
