Amazing culture. Great place to grow your career and learn from upper level management. If you see an opportunity for growth everyone is open to hearing your thoughts. You will never find another company that has more of an open door hands on policy than Addison Group

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!
Cons
The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
