      Pros

      Excellent Learning & Development group. Tons of tools and resources to be successful, if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Some people don't realize how much effort goes in to be successful in this industry. Supportive, innovative and caring. Tons of room for growth and upward mobility, for those who are willing to go the extra mile and work smarter, not harder. Fun, competitive and collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      This business is NOT for everyone. There is a lot of disappointment and rejection that come with a sales based organization.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
