      Pros

      There are so many diverse individuals at this company - so much to learn and so many ways to network. The culture here is work hard play hard in the best way possible. I am driven by clear goals and incentives and I know that if I make them I will be rewarded. We work our butts off but we also know how to take a step back and celebrate our successes! If you want a company that will listen to your career + financial goals, Addison is the one for you! No matter what your path is, if you invest in this company they will invest in you.

      Cons

      All roles have their cons, but the pros significantly outweigh the cons here. Sometimes work can be stressful and overwhelming - but the hard work always pays off.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
