      Pros

      The people at Addison are the number one reason I stay. My manager has ALWAYS made it her number one priority to take care of/handle anything I ask or need of her. Plus, it is 100% a "work hard, play hard" environment. You will always be rewarded for your effort.

      Cons

      The only cons I have would not be for Addison- but for the staffing industry in general. Which is just people dealing with people- it's going to happen and can get frustrating but it has nothing to do with Addison as a company.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
