      Pros

      I have worked for a couple of other companies/industries and I prefer Addison because here they have given me an opportunity to capitalize on my ability to work hard and build relationships. What you put into your work at Addison will truly show in what you get out, especially in regards to commissions.

      Cons

      No specific cons to Addison, this industry can be challenging and can take some individuals some time to get momentum.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
