      Great, if you are early in your career looking to get exposure to the industry

      Cons

      Comp structure is not on par with other firms in the same space. No diversity and zero focus to change that.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
