      Addison has given me the opportunity to excel and grow. They stand behind the decisions I make 110%. The opportunities I have when managing a Coder or Auditor has been a great pleasure. I am so happy when one of the Coders/Auditor's excel in their position and are able to be hired by the client we represent on a permanent basis. This shows the dedication of the Addison Team to ensure our candidates have all the resources they need to succeed. I have never worked at a place where so much dedication, education and training are provided to an individual to help them succeed at their position.       Not all companies are perfect as Technology and new processes occur the company must evolve with the times.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
