Pros

Commission remote teammates snacks booze

Cons

Only hiring young people, if they are white and good looking, does not make your culture cool. They make you attend unconscious biases training, which was amazing, but they don't practice what they preach.

Pros

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

Cons

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
