      Great group of people to work with across all verticals. It is enjoyable to work alongside those with the same goals whether it's for Addison Group/internal teams or for our clients/candidates. I am very grateful to work for the best staffing agency!

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
