      I've been working at Addison Group for 9 years and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. The culture is collaborative, leadership is supportive, and there are real opportunities for growth. I've had the chance to work with talented people and contribute in meaningful ways. A great place to build a long-term career

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
