Pros
- Base pay is above average. - Best training I've had, trainers very committed to helping you succeed. - Good benefits (healthcare, paid sick and vacation time, holidays off, paid training, 401k profit sharing, free gym at main office, discounts on loans for employees, etc.) - Call Center is helpful, both as a member and employee. They are always nice when I call. - Building I work in is nice, Facilities team is always quick to repair anything not working.
Cons
- Feels like we're stuck in the 90s. Outdated website, mobile app, etc. makes it hard to engage more savvy members. Had to fill out paper job application and fax (!) it in on top of completing one online. - Culture is kinda bland. No company events, no networking opportunities with other workgroups, dress code is restrictive. - IT department is tough to work with. Everything is made more challenging than it needs to be. Why lock down everything? Do you not trust your employees? - HR department is ironically least "human" part of the business. Orientation was boring and full of paperwork. Not a good first impression. Hard to get helpful answers...always make me feel like I'm bothering them.
