      At this point the only Pro to this job is the clients.

      Cons

      We are severely over-worked lately, every Branch Director left for the same competitor and services coordinators and some of the most reliable caregivers are following them out the door. This has always been a fast paced environment and the few of us left consider ourselves up to the challenge.

      You have guaranteed flexibility because you never have solid work.

      Cons

      You absolutely cannot depend on this job to pay your bills. You could have a, "job" today aka client and be told they have no work for you the next day. You rarely see or speak with management, you're pretty much out there on your own. They will put you horrible places and pretend they didn't know it was that bad. Not one time was I put anywhere clean or health friendly. It was always smoke and cat ridden. Just because someone says they're okay with it doesn't mean that's the only places you can put them, nor are you ever fully disclosing just how much smoke they're going to have to inhale or cats they're going to have to deal with. They absolutely do not care about you, they just need someone to fill a spot until they're done with you and hire someone else in under 30 seconds.
