      Some time the office people recognize the employees but it is not their job to do that it's management , overall the clients we serve are the best benefits

      Cons

      Pay, no acknowledgement for doing a great job, only verbal by office workers. Higher up management don't recognize any employees

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
