      Great place to work with room for growth. No glass ceilings here at this company! Hiring from within is highly encouraged and motivated.

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
