      Dental and vision are affordable.

      Bottom line driven. Employees are not valued. Treated more like plug and play with little training. Very unstable. Policy changes not thought through.

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
