Flexible schedule, as in you never know from one day to the next when you will work. You will be sent into situations with almost no information. I was terrified of what I was taking home to my family. So many homes did not even have soap, forget something to dry your hands, that you are supposed to wash after 'toileting'. You are provided with 25 pairs of gloves a month, but I felt that was good for maybe a week.
