      Management doesn't respect field staff. Health insurance rates extremely high. Managers do not receive training for job/ treatment of employees.

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
