      Pros

      Good process and structure. The working atmosphere is great and people are very friendly, with not too much pressure as it is more based on results than KPIs driven.

      Cons

      None to my experience. Just the commission structure that is not too competitive compare to other companies, but it is fine if you consider the annual bonus.

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
