Pros
Adecco is such a large corporation with extensive connections and close relationships to various companies in different industries. Working with an international company has been challenging but extremely rewarding. I have learned so much at my time as a developer at Adecco. The team is beyond passionate about and dedicated to the projects but also extremely talented.
The work ethic and culture is great; fantastic benefits, lots of perks and events, marathons, charity events, office games, celebrations for worldwide events to celebrate our company and clientele. The team is so intelligent and I have learned so much -- Adecco provides every means necessary to progress your career, from courses to daily questions there is always a way to learn if you want to learn and always someone to turn to with a question, or for advice.
The team and colleagues as well as the contractors who are working on the projects are anything but lazy, they are dedicated, passionate, talented, progressive -- they are truly making the future happen.
Cons
Although there have been rough times, management has handled it in the most professional way imaginable; any changes that occur they make sure each employee is informed and taken care of. The one issue I had initially was the lack of an on-boarding system and some lack of organization during changing times in the company, but that soon diminished due to helpful and smart co-workers and a plethora of options available to learn more or further your career with educational classes or projects.
