      Adecco is an MNC and being No. 1 company in the world in Placements / Consultancy sector. Being an MNC the company do provide Good Salaries and Perks. Some good HR practices are followed by company like celebrating Birthdays of each employees in that month.

      Cons

      Indian leadership is not that good Professionally. learning Opportunities are Low. No interest taken by the company for training of their employees.

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
