      They take the time to get to know what you need/want. They have a good variety of jobs. They do call you if you let them know you're available.

      Cons

      Quality of the interactions depends on the rep that you work with. If you don't refuse jobs that don't fit you they may hold it against you.

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
