Pros

Easy to apply - also people get big jobs with no experience - trainees have a lot of responsibility Lot of trainees You can sit in the office all day, doing nothing you will be paid, and they won't get rid of you. You can even go out in work time to other cityies, if you said you go to a partner company they will belive it, won't check it. Trust me. You can date during working time, you can go the English lessons, go to get your nails done, or your hair etc. They just don't care if you work - though you might miss your KPI and your bonus.

Cons

Communist company Corupt The employees are living in frear of the management The management does not care about the employees If you are an employee your performance doesn't count as much if you are a friend of someone important The KPIs are not proportinal to the positions. (Nor the bonuses) They usually want you to do overtime without getting paid They usually go around the law with partners

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
