      Less politics, Sat- Sun off, Timely salary payment thats it. Good for Learning as one person is expected to do 2 people work,

      Cons

      Don't trust this co on incentives, Job insecurity, layoffs, No strategic management, All depends on Management decisions, Boasts of values but lives nothing, poor salary, no growth, no salary hikes in last 2 years, if they give it is peanuts, Rs. 500 can also be given as hike. Attrition rate very high.

      Cons

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
