Pros
Good potential for advancement, uncapped commission for recruiters, fun/young company culture, charity support, highly accessible senior management, job security, largest staffing company in world - easy to relocate.
Cons
A lot of red tape to get changes made; promotions can sometimes lead to a pay cut which is counterintuitive. Jobs are secure but that sometimes leads to people being kept around who don't know what they're doing.
