Pros
A new MD who cares, let's see if things change as and she listens to her staff. Previous MD liked to ask what staff shared but action was very slow or not forthcoming at all.
Cons
Poor IT systems, inconsistent training, low salary, very difficult bonus scheme, unfair treatment, unfair promotions, frequent management changes.
