      Cant really think of anything.

      Cons

      1. You will hear nothing from them once you are on contract 2. They underpay you, ask the bill rate before accepting. I wasnt even paid 2/3s of what I was billed at. 3. Check to make sure they pay you your holidays

      contract was short term, which was okay for me but might not be what everyone wants

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
