Pros
Great work life balance and a social atmosphere although a hard working environment. Good time off policies, fair with excellent HR policies and procedures and support.
Cons
Communication could be quite frustrating and rather than set targets and KPI's standard to each office, it was more or less standard throughout such a large organisation
