Pros
I felt the recruiters really got to know me, appreciated my skills and work ethic, and worked hard to develop opportunities and to create a good fit between me and the clients.
Cons
Temping has its drawbacks. I've had assignments where the client sort of strung me along with the tenuous possibility of being hired permanently, but in the end companies prefer to keep certain roles as temp roles. It takes a very disciplined person to continue searching for a permanent job while working full time at a temp job.
