Pros

Depends largely on which company you are contracted out to. My experience has been positive, promoted many times over the past year. Work hard, look for ways to improve both yourself and the organization and your efforts will be recognized

Cons

lots of CYA rather than actual improvements and innovations. Difficult to be a change agent. Benefits are poor, no 401k matching, medical is also poor, benefits in general are not very good. Overall compensation isn't great either. Working for this company is a good way to gain experience and then find a new job as a salaried employee with greater long term potential.

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
