Pros
I worked as a contractor assigned to a client company. Within Adecco there were no regular performance reviews.
Cons
There where no regular performance reviews, which means if you're working for Adecco then you'll likely continue receiving the same pay for the entire time be months or years. Also there are no cost of living increases. In my case I knew my bill rate was 65% more than what I was earning, Yet Adecco management clung to the idea that there was no room for a cost-of-living increase even after 5 years of continuous service. If looking to be hired by Adecco then during the hiring negotiations pad your earning requirements accordingly. Holidays are only paid if you average > 38 hours per week for the previous 6 months. Overtime does not get included in this calculation. Time off for vacation also kills your average.
