Pros

As a temp company goes, better than manpower but that sets the bar really low, They we're more or less responsive to questions, and one time they even asked how my assignment was going!

Cons

The problem is the contractor system not so much addeco, you have no chance of a permanent position because addeco loses a check then the employer loses when they have to give you benefits and paid days off. You'll always be 90 days away from a real job or being laid off. At best you'll be treated as a vague caricature of a person at worst ignored, a simple mistake or a rough day will put you back another 90 days. All this and they where surprised when I never came back from lunch

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
