Not supportive - Search Consultant Adecco Employee Review

Working from home turned to working 2 days in the office even though the mandate was for 2 months later. The leaders were not supportive and said things like they would close the section I was working in if we weren't going up to par with their ridiculous standards. Abnormal KPI expectations. It is not supportive for newer employees to get accustomed with the company. Not verbally said but expected to work overtime to keep up with KPI's
