Pros
The people I worked with were great for the most part. I liked the over time pay.
Cons
I worked at Honda and the management is horrible! No one listens to what you got to say! Benefits are terrible. Good luck trying to get off for a family members funeral. Pay could be better since we do the same work if not more than the full-timers Its a dead end job, unless you do some special favors for management your pretty much stuck where you get put. It's better to go and find a real career where you can make a difference and feel good about yourself.
