Pros
The science is exciting and there are some very intelligent scientists.
Cons
The culture can be toxic. They take work hard play hard too seriously especially if you do not have a family. This is a young company because they want people who they can "work like a dog". The "play" does not make up for the 60 hour work week. There are some great people working here however upper management and one person in HR are very toxic. Management is promoted based only on their abilities as a scientist, not at managing employees. They don't seem interested in learning how to manage people, HR will coddle them, and do not know how to give feed back. HR does not keep anything confidential, one person in particular is catty and manipulative. She has no empathy and should not be working with people.
