Pros
Their platform is rapid and robust. Some people without degrees and who have "never read a scientific paper in their career" can advance to top management, easily (specifically if you are a male).
Cons
The HR relies on a couple internal voices to inform their decisions about employees. These voices are the same employees that will go out for coffee, buy flowers on their birthday, or arrange playdates with their children. HR will organize "special" events for their favorites; ie baby showers. Extended paternity/maternity leave or extended time off for only those worthy. Coincidentally, these same internal players careers' have advanced faster than anyone in the company. These special individuals are also the players that will complain about their colleagues without recognizing that they are the people knee deep in it all so that their career soars.
