      Pros

      ADNET is a scientific/engineering contracting company which works with mostly government agencies, such as NASA, NOAA, etc. Being on a NASA contract, for me the main motivating factor of working for ADNET was to have a fulfilling job that benefits humanity.

      Cons

      Management doesn't really care much about you as an individual: their main goal is keeping the customer (NASA, in my case) happy.

      Pros

      Great attention, quick response to any questions, clear expectations and communications, no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Healthcare is a bit expensive and the vision benefits are lacking (VSP). Not a clear way to move vertically.

      Communication, especially if remote, is spotty. Manager over-extended so comm and follow up was often delayed and difficult
