Remote work environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and truly valued by the company.
Cons
There were occasional communication breakdowns, and the benefits could be improved. For instance, while company shares are offered, the details regarding them remain unclear."

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that the remote environment and openness to new ideas resonated with you. Your feedback about communication and benefits is something we take seriously, and we're actively working to improve both. We also hear you on the LATAM experience. Building a truly equitable global culture is a priority for us, and we appreciate you.
The culture here is genuinely one of the best I've experienced. Leadership is accessible, people actually care about the work they're doing, and there's a real sense that everyone is invested in the company's success. Adoreal is growing fast, and with that comes a rare opportunity to have real impact. If you have a good idea, you can actually implement it. There's no bureaucracy blocking you from building something meaningful. I've seen people create entire teams and processes from scratch that are now core to how the company operates. The international team adds a lot of richness to the culture as well.
Cons
This is not the right fit if you're coming from a large, established organization and expecting the same level of structure. Processes are still being built, playbooks are still being written, and sometimes you have to figure things out as you go. That's part of the deal in a startup environment — it's a pro for some people and a dealbreaker for others.
The people that are not in leadership roles are eager to learn and grow. It is a very diverse environment from people all over the globe .
Cons
Leadership team - mainly the head of marketing, president, and CEO are the biggest cons. They are driving business negatively and take things personally. There is no work life balance, and every week the president complains a lot about how no one works hard enough, cusses and belittles people in front of the entire company. This environment is very toxic, unprofessional, and the leadership team talks down to their employees. It’s crazy how the people leading the company get away with retaliation, and disrespecting their employees. The leaders also expect you to work weekends without pay.
