      Lots to improve, reliable pay schedule, prioritize safety

      Low pay, people leaving/moving all the time leading to mass confusion, promotions are based off popularity not work, won’t invest in improvements until issues arise

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
