employee discount, is really good for working on your car, or fixing cars for others and making the discount amount (assuming you buy the parts and sell them to customer at retail price) plue whatever you charge to repair the car
Cons
poor pay, horribly unfair bonus policy, NO communication, outdated computer systems can make for a PITA at times, they hire anyone (without properly quizzing them on mechanical stuff to make sure they can actually do the job properly). no comission or SPIFFs on special order parts (such as unusual parts or accessories ) scheduling sucks under normal conditions (unless you have a good mgr (or asst mgr) that will make the schedule somewhat consistent
