- Managers are usually good about working schedules around college classes, etc. - Pay is better than basic retail establishments - If you are into cars it would be an enjoyable job.

Only difference between managers and normal employees is the number of hours worked, the tasks performed during the day are often the same. - Managers forced to work 50 hours a week, minimum. - Inconsistent scheduling - Emphasis placed on full staff weekends creates an imbalance during the week - Most stores open until 9 on Saturdays and 8 on Sundays - Frequently asked by customers to perform tasks that fall out of job area. We aren't mechanics, we sell the parts. You don't go to a pharmacy when you are sick, you go to the doctor. - Once you reach store management, there isn't much higher you can go
