A lot of schedule flexibility

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Flexible with scheduling around school and appointments. Drivers worked Monday-Friday, regular business hours. Had a handful of solid coworkers.

Some regional management and corporate leadership. The company was run very poorly. My store had very little support once our long-time GM left the company. There was a point in time that we had no manager. Base-pay employees were left with access to and responsible for the all the money going in and out. Manager at the time expected us to show up to work in record breaking triple digit days- our store had no air conditioning.
