Management is clueless, despises customers, and are unwilling to make changes. They prefer to rule via fear and unrealistic expectations. Will not take your input. Makes purchasing incredibly difficult for customers. Sales team has churned through about 13 people in the past two years. Prominent recruiters refused to work with them due to the poor outcomes for their candidates. No room for upward mobility. They will consistently make mistakes on your commission checks. Will create tension with your customers or destroy customer relationships due to anti-sales attitude from upper management
