Pros

They do offer great bonuses and opportunities to make money..

Cons

They do their best so that the bonus or incentive or not met, everything you do affects your money that you work hard for. Supervisors are not eager to help, you’ll feel like you’re doing it alone. They have high expectations and no one to help you carry out those expectations. The bonus are difficult to meet but you can lose two weeks of bonus in less than an hour, that’s how easy it is too lose.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
