Pros

Paid training, good environment, supportive co-workers and managers, full benefits, plenty of hours if you want them, potential to move up in the company. Too much pressure to work more hours.

Cons

Low pay $8 hour to start out, mandatory overtime, strict absence policy, high turnover rate, not flexible with their scheluding, no part time.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
