Pros

Full time, guaranteed 40 hours a week, hours range from 5:30 am to 10 pm, most of the floor supervisors are easy to get along with, good people for the most part.

Cons

Management is not considerate to life situations, some managers are cliquey and the caliber of people they have hired recently is extremely ratchet.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
