      enjoyed working with an amazing supervisor and team that worked together to accomplish daily sales goals

      supervisor left and i ended up getting switched to another team and the new supervisor was very unprofessional and rude

      Pros

      Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

      Cons

      Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
