Pros

Great place to work. Hybrid work from home schedules. Very educated supervisors that are amazing to work for.

Cons

Benefits and pay could be a lot better. There is also no raise for any promotions unless promoted to supervisor.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
