Pros

Great supervisor, excellent training, friendly coworkers. Good pay and weekends off. Work from home if wanted. Some customers were wonderful.

Cons

Sitting, continuous & unrelenting incoming calls, leaving hundreds of voicemails, getting yelled at by angry customers.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
